When you configure an order for custom laser-engraved metal business cards, natural slate coasters, tumblers, or novelty license plates through Corezena ("Studio," "we," "us"), we collect only the information necessary to fabricate, verify, and deliver your physical goods:

• Contact Information: Your full name, direct corporate email address, and telephone number for production verification and dispatch updates.
• Delivery Parameters: Your selected delivery preference (Free Local Workshop Pickup vs. Doorstep Insured Shipping) and physical mailing address when shipping is selected.
• Custom Production Specifications: The custom names, slogans, telephone numbers, URLs, or special layout requests you enter into our interactive customizer workbench.

We respect the proprietary branding and trademarks of your enterprise. Any custom vector logo, graphic, or photo you upload to our studio (via .SVG, .PNG, .PDF, .DXF, or .AI) is governed by strict safeguards:

Uploaded artwork files are stored on isolated, encrypted studio servers. You represent that you possess the necessary licenses, trademarks, or copyrights for any artwork submitted for physical laser fabrication.

All financial settlements processed through Corezena are handled exclusively by Stripe, Inc., an industry-leading, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway.

• Zero Cardholder Storage: Corezena never collects, views, or stores your credit card number, debit card number, or security code (CVV) on our servers.
• Air-Gapped Transactions: Payment authorization is executed directly over 256-bit encrypted SSL connections via Stripe’s hosted checkout infrastructure.
• Accepted Methods: Transactions may be authorized via major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Cash App Pay.

We do not deploy invasive cross-site advertising trackers or sell browsing data to data brokers. We utilize browser localStorage solely for functional studio convenience:

• Customizer State Retention: Storing your live 3D customizer selections (quantity, material tone, and entered text) so your work is not lost if your browser refreshes.
• Temporary Session State: Maintaining verification session identifiers during Stripe return handoffs.

If you provide a telephone number during checkout, you consent to receive direct studio communications regarding your physical order:

• Digital proofs and layout confirmations prior to laser burning.
• Workshop completion alerts for local pickup scheduling.
• USPS / UPS door-to-door tracking notifications.

We do not send automated mass marketing SMS spam. Your number is utilized strictly for one-to-one studio order support.

We retain order records (customer names, emails, and transaction IDs) for tax, warranty, and accounting compliance purposes.

You maintain the right to request a copy of the personal data we maintain associated with your order, or to request the permanent deletion of your customer record and uploaded vector files once fabrication and delivery are concluded. Inquiries may be directed to our studio dispatch line below.
