[ SECTION 01 ]

Acceptance & Scope of Services

These Terms of Service govern the purchase, customization, and fabrication of all physical laser-engraved goods offered by Corezena ("Studio," "we," "us"), including anodized metal business cards, natural rock slate coasters, 360° rotary engraved drinkware, and automotive front vanity license plates.

By authorizing payment via Stripe on our website or submitting artwork for production, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

[ SECTION 02 ]

Custom Made-to-Order Goods & Cancellation Policy

All items produced by Corezena are custom-fabricated to exact client specifications using irreversible high-power laser annealing and material ablation.

Strict Non-Refundable Policy: Because custom-engraved metal, slate, and drinkware cannot be repurposed, restocked, or resold, all completed orders are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable once physical laser fabrication has commenced.

Order cancellations or modifications are only permissible prior to the physical engraving phase. Once a machine has run the toolpath for your blank, the order is locked for fulfillment.

[ SECTION 03 ]

Artwork Fidelity, Spelling & QR Code Verification

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all customized information entered into our interactive workbench:

  • Spelling & Contact Info: Double-check all names, titles, telephone numbers, and email addresses prior to checkout. We engrave exactly what is transmitted in your order.
  • Scannable QR Code Destinations: If you request a laser-etched QR code, you must confirm that your target URL is active, correct, and functional.
  • Vector Resolution: High-resolution vector files (.SVG, .PDF, .DXF, .AI) or high-contrast 300+ DPI PNGs yield optimal laser focus. Low-resolution, pixelated, or compressed mobile screenshots may result in degraded edge sharpness.
[ SECTION 04 ]

"Bring Your Own Cup" Laser Service Disclaimer

When selecting the $24.99 "Bring Your Own Cup" rotary laser engraving service (where the client drops off or ships an existing Stanley, Yeti, Polar Camel, or Owala tumbler):

  • Pre-Existing Wear: Corezena is not responsible for pre-existing scratches, dents, coating defects, or discoloration on customer-provided drinkware.
  • Factory Coating Variance: Third-party factory powder coatings vary across manufacturers. Laser ablation exposes the underlying stainless steel as manufactured by your cup's original brand.
  • Inbound Transit: Customers are responsible for safe transit when mailing cups to our studio. Cups must arrive thoroughly washed and free of liquids.
[ SECTION 05 ]

Natural Materials & Organic Stone Variance

Our black slate coasters are crafted from authentic, quarried geological rock:

Natural Stone Characteristics: Each coaster features hand-chiseled chipped edges and organic cleft surface textures. Natural variations in thickness (approx. 4mm–7mm), subtle mineral veins, and edge roughness are authentic characteristics of genuine stone and are not considered manufacturing defects.
[ SECTION 06 ]

Copyright, Trademarks & Client Indemnification

By uploading or transmitting any logo, insignia, trademark, or graphic to Corezena, you warrant that:

  • You are the lawful owner of the intellectual property, or possess written authorization and licensing to reproduce the design for physical fabrication.
  • The submitted artwork does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or proprietary right of any third party.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Corezena and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from your submission of unauthorized or infringing intellectual property. We reserve the right to decline any engraving commission that infringes on known federal trademarks or depicts explicit, unlawful content.

[ SECTION 07 ]

Production Timelines, Shipping & Workshop Pickup

Standard fabrication orders of 25–100 metal cards, coaster sets, tumblers, and vanity license plates are fabricated within our 3 to 5 business day studio SLA.

  • Free Local Pickup: Orders selected for local workshop pickup will receive an SMS alert with pickup coordinates once quality inspection is complete.
  • Tracked Insured Delivery (+$9.95): Physical shipments are dispatched via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS with door-to-door tracking. Corezena is not liable for carrier transit delays resulting from severe weather or postal logistics disruptions once handed to the carrier.
[ SECTION 08 ]

Damaged Goods & Replacement Protocol

While our products are solid metal and heavy rock stone, transit accidents can occur. If your shipment arrives damaged or crushed in transit:

72-Hour Inspection Window: You must notify our studio within 72 hours of delivery at officialcorezena@gmail.com. Include your Order ID and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. Upon verification, Corezena will expedite a replacement production run at zero additional charge.
[ SECTION 09 ]

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

In no event shall Corezena, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use our fabricated items, including lost business opportunities resulting from shipping carrier delays. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific order.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
